EVO FUMO – Grappa Riserva – 0.50 l – 42 % vol.

Limited edition in a wooden presentation case. Only a few bottles left – presented in an elegant wooden case, a special gift for grappa lovers.

In June 2010, at the “Vini nel Mondo” event in Spoleto, Umbria, Marcello Bruschetti met Luciano Brotto. Luciano insisted that he taste his latest “experiment”, and Marcello was won over at once. The encounter grew into a shared project: new spirits in the Italian tradition, with a strong personality and international ambition.

EVO FUMO embodies the project’s most distinctive idea: the grape pomace is carefully smoked before distillation. This is combined with ageing in casks made from native woods and “playing” with woods previously used to age other products. The result is a deliberately small range whose products differ clearly from one another and from other spirits on the market.
