EVO stands for evolution: Grappa Riserva from Enoglam, aged in barriques of native woods such as chestnut, cherry and beech. EVO impresses with its elegance and natural cask colour, EVO FUMO with the subtle smoky note of smoked pomace. Both grappas are available in 0.5 l and 1 l bottles.
