The Roger-Constant LEMAIRE house produces high-quality champagne for discerning customers. With great respect for the environment and nature 
the family business has been practicing sustainable, HVE-certified viticulture for generations in the Marne Valley, Champagne (France). Roger-Constant Lemaire champagnes are neither mass-produced nor industrial products. There are certainly several reasons why Roger-Constant Lemaire champagne is considered an insider tip among connoisseurs. 

The goal, entirely in the Italian tradition, was to create a new, unique product with a strong personality and international projection. Our distillates are characterized by great elegance and grace, while production is based on several pillars: experimentation with native wood varieties used in refining, the sophisticated smoking of pomace, and "playing" with woods that have already been used in the production of other products. Our goal was to obtain a limited range whose products differ significantly from one another and, above all, from other distillates on the market.

By harnessing the excellent organoleptic qualities of some not-so-aromatic international and local grape varieties (primarily Chardonnay, Glera, Incrocio Manzoni) and everything derived from them (wine, must, pulp, skins), a product of the highest quality was created.
