Cancel contract

Have you concluded a contract with us via our online shop and would like to cancel it? You can declare your cancellation directly online using the following function – simple, free of charge, and without registration.

How the cancellation works in two steps:

1. Provide details. Enter your name, your order or contract number, and the email address for the confirmation of receipt in the form. If you would like to cancel only part of your order, please also specify the affected items.
2. Confirm cancellation. Check your details and click the "Confirm cancellation" button. Your cancellation declaration will only be bindingly transmitted to us once this step is completed.

Immediately after receipt, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us via email, which contains the content of your cancellation declaration as well as the date and time of receipt.
